Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Ithaka Editions online store and your purchases from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

Ithaka Editions sells original artwork and books inspired by Homer's Odyssey. All maps, illustrations and text are original works created by Ithaka Editions or drawn from public-domain sources. Ithaka Editions is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any film studio, production company or motion picture.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a price or product listing is incorrect, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Pre-orders

Items marked pre-order are charged at the time of order and ship on the date indicated on the product page. Ship dates are estimates. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, text, photographs and designs on this site and in our products are the property of Ithaka Editions and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product does not transfer any right to reproduce, distribute or resell the artwork. Colour and finish may vary slightly from on-screen images.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, where Ithaka Editions is based, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
